How calendar sync works
Generate your iCal feed URL
In the RentalFlow settings, click one button to generate a unique iCal feed URL with a secure token. This URL is private to your store — only people you share it with can access it.
Subscribe from your calendar app
Paste the URL into Google Calendar ("Other calendars" > "From URL"), Apple Calendar ("File" > "New Calendar Subscription"), or Outlook. Your calendar app pulls the feed automatically and keeps it updated.
See deliveries and pickups as events
Each delivery and each pickup appears as a separate calendar event on the correct date. Events include the customer name, item descriptions, quantities, and delivery address — all the context you need at a glance.
Automatic updates
As new bookings come in or existing ones are modified, the iCal feed updates automatically. Your calendar app polls for changes on its own schedule (typically every few hours for Google Calendar, configurable in Apple Calendar).

Items: Product names and quantities
Address: Delivery address from booking form
Notes: Any notes the customer added
Pickup events follow the same format, using the return date and the customer's address.
