RentalFlow gives you a private calendar feed with every delivery and pickup. Subscribe from the calendar app you already use, and your rental schedule sits next to everything else.
Deliveries and pickups, where you already look
When bookings only live in your Shopify admin, you keep switching tabs to check what's on today. Your team can't see the schedule unless they log in. The simple fix is to put rental events on your calendar.
Separate events
One event for each delivery and one for each pickup, on the right dates.

Same time slot
Every event runs 9 to 10am, so a day's jobs sit side by side.

Generate your feed URL
In RentalFlow, open Settings, then the Calendar Sync tab, and generate your private feed URL. Click Copy. - 2
Add it to your calendar app
- Google Calendar: Settings, then Add calendar, then From URL. Paste the URL.
- Apple Calendar: File, then New Calendar Subscription. Paste the URL.
- Outlook: Add calendar, then Subscribe from web. Paste the URL.

Share it with drivers if you like
Send the same URL to anyone who needs the schedule. They subscribe in their own calendar app. No Shopify login needed.
The month view inside RentalFlow
The feed is for your phone and your team. Inside RentalFlow there's also a month calendar. Each day shows how many deliveries and pickups are due and a capacity bar: green under 50%, orange from 50 to 80%, red above 80%.
Click a day to see its deliveries and pickups, with overdue tags on anything late.
How it compares
IzyRent and Booqable both offer calendar sync. Product Rentals Pro's listing doesn't mention it, so plan on the schedule staying inside the app. Booqable runs its own platform next to Shopify. RentalFlow sends the schedule from your Shopify orders to the calendar you already use.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- Updates show up when your calendar app refreshes the feed. Apps check on their own schedule, and Google Calendar can take several hours.
- It's one-way. Moving an event in your calendar doesn't change the booking.
- Events show the order and contact details, not the address. Addresses are on the Shopify order.
- Event titles say "boxes" even if you renamed your rental item.
