Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using the RentalFlow application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of service

RentalFlow is a Shopify application that provides:

  • Date-based rental booking on product pages
  • Rental inventory tracking, availability checks, and overbooking prevention
  • A delivery and returns dashboard with damage and loss tracking
  • Calendar synchronization for rental schedules
  • Service area (ZIP code) configuration

3. Account and eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account. You are responsible for the security of your Shopify account and for all activity under it.

4. Subscription and billing

RentalFlow is a paid subscription billed through Shopify's billing system at $39 per month or $390 per year. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge the subscription fee to your Shopify account.

  • Free trial: new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
  • Billing cycle: after the trial, the subscription renews automatically on the plan you chose until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: handled in accordance with Shopify's app billing policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to transmit malicious code or interfere with Shopify's services
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App
  • Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RentalFlow and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, brand, or logos.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalFlow and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store and cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
