A rental booking form built into your product pages
Customers pick delivery and pickup dates, enter where to drop off and collect, and check out through normal Shopify checkout. The dates stay attached to the order.
What your customers fill in
The form sits on the product page, under your product details. It asks for everything you need to deliver and collect the order, in the order a customer thinks about it.
Two addresses
Where to drop off and where to pick up, each with street, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and unit number.
Entrance type
No stairs, 1 to 2 flights, or 3+ flights, so your driver knows what to expect.
Same-address shortcut
One checkbox when pickup is at the same place as delivery.
Delivery and pickup dates
The pickup date fills in from your default rental length. Customers can change it, or you can lock it to the rental length of the option they pick, like 1 week or 1 month.
Add-ons
Extras like dollies, carts, mattress bags, tape and bubble wrap, added in the same click. Rented extras get the same dates and are checked against your stock. Their price can change with the rental length.
Checkout rule
An optional Shopify checkout rule refuses rental items added without dates, such as from quick-add buttons, and rental quantities raised in the cart after the stock check.

Name, email, phone, and an optional notes box.
The problem with selling rentals on Shopify
Standard Shopify doesn't understand dates. You can sell a product, but you can't capture when a customer needs it delivered and when they'll return it. Without those dates, you don't have a rental. You have a sale and a promise. See our guide to adding rentals to Shopify.
Workarounds like custom fields, Google Forms or email back-and-forth add steps, cause mistakes, and make a good business look improvised.
Make it look and read like your store
Every label is editable, so the form can say boxes, crates, bins, tables or tents. Choose which fields are required, pick your button color or let RentalFlow match your theme, and set how many days a typical rental lasts.
If you only deliver to certain areas, add your ZIP and postal codes. Customers see a check mark or a warning as they type, and addresses outside your area can't be added to the cart. US ZIP codes and Canadian postal codes both work.

How it compares to alternatives
Most Shopify rental apps offer some kind of date picker. Booqable runs on its own platform alongside Shopify. IzyRent handles dates well, but its listing doesn't mention delivery addresses or service area checks. RentalFlow is built for rentals you drop off and pick up, so the addresses, stairs and service area are part of the form.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- Customers don't see a calendar of open dates. Availability is checked when they click Add to Cart.
- One rental per click. The form adds 1 of the product to the cart, so sell bundles (like 30 boxes for a week) as their own products.
- No per-day pricing or deposits. The customer pays your Shopify product price.
