A booking form that belongs on your product page
Add the RentalFlow block in the theme editor. Customers enter where to drop off and pick up, choose their dates, and check out through normal Shopify checkout.

Separate drop-off and pickup addresses, unit number, and stairs or no stairs.

Rename every label and the rental item itself. Pick a button color or match your theme.
Only the areas you serve
Add US ZIP codes and Canadian postal codes one by one or from a CSV.

Delivery and pickup dates are saved on the Shopify order line item.

With nothing left for Oct 22 to Oct 29, a customer asking for those dates is stopped before the cart.
Stock is checked before anything reaches the cart
RentalFlow counts every booking that overlaps the dates a customer picked and compares it with your Shopify inventory. If every unit is already booked for those dates, the customer is asked to choose other dates.

Every rental has a status, so you can see what is going out, what is out, and what is late. It works on your phone in the Shopify app too.

Confirm Delivery lowers Shopify stock. Confirm Return adds back what actually came back.
Damaged, lost or late
Flag it on the return and add a note. It stays on the order's record.
Changes are logged
Edit dates, quantity or addresses. RentalFlow rechecks stock and saves your reason.

The month view shows deliveries, pickups and how much of your stock is out each day. Green means room to spare. Red means you're close to fully booked.
