Start each day knowing what's due
Many rental apps stop once the order is placed. After that it's spreadsheets and sticky notes. The hard part of a delivered rental is getting the right items to the right place on the right day, and getting them back.

Every booking in one list
Bookings are created from Shopify orders placed through the booking form. Search by name, email or order number, and filter by All, Active, Pending Return or Completed.
Confirm Delivery
Enter the actual date and a note. The order moves to Out on Rent.
Mark Pending Return
Flag an order that's out on rent when it's time to collect it.
Overdue tag
A red OVERDUE tag with the number of days appears once the pickup date passes.
Edit Order
Change dates, quantity or addresses with a reason. RentalFlow rechecks stock and the order gets a Modified badge.
Returns with damage, loss and late flags
When the items come back, open Confirm Return. Enter how many units actually came back and the actual dates. Tick Damaged, Lost/Stolen or Late Return, and add a note.
The order moves to Completed and the units that came back are free to rent again. Tick gone for good and units that didn't come back come off your count. The flags set the order's inventory state, so you can see which rentals came back damaged.
How it compares
IzyRent handles booking, and its listing does not mention a delivery dashboard. Product Rentals Pro lists admin tools for fulfilments and returns. Booqable sells deliveries as a $9 a month add-on on its own platform. RentalFlow keeps deliveries, returns and stock together in your Shopify admin. See everything RentalFlow includes.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- No route planning or driver assignment. Share the calendar feed with drivers instead.
- No automatic reminders to customers by email or SMS.
- Orders don't change status on their own. The Overdue tag appears, and you confirm the return yourself.
